Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Trial Period: If you cancel within 14 days of starting a paid plan, you're eligible for a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to technical issues, you may request a pro-rated refund.
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly, we'll immediately process a correction and refund if applicable.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@tender365.com
- Include your account email and reason for refund request
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds will be returned to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Referral earnings already withdrawn
- Custom integration or development work
- Services purchased more than 30 days ago
